For inclusion in the current Electoral Census of the elections, prior registration in the municipal registry and having expressed your willingness to exercise the right to active suffrage in the elections to the European Parliament in Spain is required.

Formal declarations of willingness to vote in Spain for the elections to the European Parliament can be made:

A) Through the Internet:

EU citizens residing in Spain can express their intention to vote in the elections at the Electronic Headquarters of the National Statistics Institute (INE). https://sede.ine.gob.es/manifestacionVotoPermanente/presentacion

B) At the Town Hall:

By complementing the formal form.

The expression of willingness to vote in Spain is permanent as long as the interested party resides in Spain. For it to take effect in the 2024 European Parliament elections, formal declarations will have to be made by January 30, 2024 at the latest.
